Winter Bird Food Annual Mixture

This annual seed mixture contains a blend of varieties selected to provide an abundant and available supply of small seeds during the autumn and winter months.

Sown in a sunny, fertile area it will provide important food resources for farmland birds.

Suitable for Environmental Schemes: AB9, OP2, WFC, AECS, GLASTIR Option 33

Available as organic or conventional seed, in 20 Kilo bags.


Winter Bird Food 2 Year Mixture

This 2-year seed mixture contains a range of crop groups selected to minimise pest and disease risks whilst providing an abundant and available supply of small seeds during the autumn and winter months.

Sown in a sunny, fertile area it will provide important food resources for farmland birds.

Suitable for Environmental Schemes: AB9, OP2, WFC, AECS, GLASTIR Option 33

Available as organic or conventional seed, in 20 Kilo bags.


Winter Bird Food - Small Seed Option

This mixture of small seeds is designed to be mixed with your own cereal seed prior to sowing.

The resultant small seed/cereal seed mixture can then be sown in a sunny and fertile area where it will provide an abundant supply of small seed for farmland birds for up to two years.

One pack of Winter Bird Food Small Seed, when mixed with at least 16 Kilos of your own cereal seed, is enough to sow a half-hectare area.

NB: For Organic farmers, the cereal seed you mix with this small seed mixture must be 100% Organic in order to produce a 70% organic mixture for sowing.

When mixed and sown as specified, this mixture is suitable for Environmental Schemes: AB9, OP2, WFC, AECS, GLASTIR Option 33

Available as conventional seed, in 4 Kilo packs.
