Under option 7 and option 8 of the Welsh "Growing for the Environment" agri scheme, grants are available for growing unsprayed cereal and protein crops.
To qualify for these grants. the mixture sown must contain 50% Cereal and 50% protein seed by weight.
Our GfE Combicrops have been specifically formulated to meet the criteria for these two options. GfE Combicrops:
- Reduces overall crop leaf disease
- Produces a high-protein wholecrop
- Leaves a large amount of leguminous (pea) nitrogen in the soil, which is beneficial for the following crop
GfE Combicrop are supplied as a barley/pea, wheat/pea, oat/pea, or a barley/oat/wheat/pea mixture.

- 70% Organic Seed for Wholecrop
- 100% Organic Seed for combining dry or crimped
